Limited Warranty:
A. Windshield Repair
Windshield repairs are warranted against spreading for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.  (Warranty is not transferable). Warranty is limited to credit for the amount of original repair when used towards the purchase of new windshield installed in the original vehicle. Any applicable deductible for for new windshield shall be the owner's responsibility.
B. Windshield Replacement
Windshield replacement warranty covers defects in the glass from the manufacturer and the workmanship of the installation for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. (Warranty is not transferable)
C.
All Other Auto Glass Repairs or Replacement
Warranty covers defects in the glass from the manufacturer and the workmanship of the installation, including leaks,  for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. (Warranty is not transferable) All mechanical parts are warranted for 30 days against mechanical failure.
D. This limited warranty does not cover the following:
1. Rust
2. Leakage anywhere other area than glass replacement area. - body seams, etc. are not covered.
3. Glass Breakage that is not a direct result of the installation.  In no event shall B& G Glass Service, Lynx, or PPG ProStars be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.
4. Any other damage or expense, except for the glass or leakage of same, will not be covered.

Vehicle Owner's Responsibility
1. I, the customer, understand that federal regulations dictate that this  vehicle may not be driven before the time stated by the glass service provider.
2. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must call the service center where work was originally performed - B & G Glass Service.  B & G Glass Service will not  be responsible for repair or replacement charges made by any other company.
3. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain new inspection sticker  within 5 days of installation of new windshield.
4. I understand that vehicle may not be washed for 48 hours after installation.
