B&G Glass, Reading, PA, an experienced and dedicated, superior glass service provider for customers throughout Eastern PA and New Jersey, recently announced a realignment of their leadership and organizational structure.
Since 1963, B&G Glass has been providing businesses and individuals with a broad spectrum of high quality commercial, residential and automotive glass products and services. Due to substantial growth through quality craftsmanship, expanded regional opportunities, and diversity of product and service offerings, the company completed a business expansion and relocation in 2018 and now employs 40 full-time team members at their new 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Leesport, PA.
The expansion has led to a change in alignment for leadership succession to assure continued growth and prosperity for B&G Glass and its customers.
After leading B&G Glass as President and CEO since 1999, Don Moll will be transitioning to Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. “After a fulfilling 20 years of hands-on leadership at B&G Glass, now is the right time for the company to transition to its next generation of leadership. I am delighted to pass the baton to Matt Freeborn and Bryan Moll, and do so with great confidence in their leadership capabilities. B&G Glass is in great position for growth, and now is the ideal time for the new leaders to build upon the past successes at B&G Glass.”
Matt Freeborn will assume the position of President, and Bryan Moll will assume the position of Executive Vice President – Operations. Don Moll will remain with B&G Glass as Chairman of the Board, allowing Don the opportunity to focus on long term vision and strategic objectives.
Matt Freeborn has been a principal of B&G Glass for three years and has been successfully directing and leading the Commercial Department. As President, Matt will lead B&G Glass and supervise the development of the company’s strategic business plans. Prior to joining B&G Glass, Matt had a distinguished 10-year career at ATI – Intertek. For the first seven years at ATI, Matt worked as a project engineer developing test plans for new structural systems used in construction. He spent the last three years managing Sales and Operations for the Fire Testing Division. Matt has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Elizabethtown College.
Bryan Moll has been a principal of B&G Glass for six years and has been successful directing the company’s commercial projects. He has been leading the fabrication shop and the automotive glass department, and successfully managing the new state-of-the-art facility. Bryan started at B&G Glass when he was 16 years-old, working at the company throughout his high school and college years. Bryan has a proven track record of coordinating and directing the B&G Glass teams on complex projects, and maintaining processes and systems. Prior to joining B&G Glass, Bryan was an Outdoor Adventure Guide, leading trips in West Virginia and Colorado for nearly ten years. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Science/Biology from the State University of New York – School of Environmental Science & Forestry (SUNY-ESF.)
